Fred Miller was recently interviewed by the Albany Business Review on the future of work.
"How do you need to be? What do you need to be? What does [work] look like then? Because there's a lot of artifacts in organizations, like the five-day work week where you have to be at your desk," Miller said. "I'm trying to explain to our clients that's an artifact that's going to go away. It's going to disappear. By 2025, 2026, that's going to be gone. If you want to be progressive now and get the best talent, you need to make that move now."
