COREY L. JAMISON

Corey L. Jamison has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1991 and has served as President since 2004.


As a consultant, she has twenty years of experience partnering with organizations to develop the necessary system-wide leadership, infrastructure and implementation techniques for culture change. Corey is a strategist who can quickly assess a situation and design unique and effective responses. She partners with her clients to work through organizational resistance and challenges to achieve their goals. She has led large-scale culture change initiatives across a variety of industries.


Among her current projects, she is leading efforts to leverage the power of Web 2.0 social networking tools to assist organizations in creating Inclusion as the HOWSM.


Corey is a sought-after speaker and appears frequently at professional conferences and seminars including the Organization Development Network (OD Network), The Conference Board, The Brookings Institution Center for Executive Education and the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). In addition, Corey has been interviewed and quoted by National Public Radio (NPR), Good Morning America and The New York Times. Corey has published articles on topics ranging from the impact of downsizing on work culture to measuring the success of leveraging diversity and building inclusion efforts. Her work on career-life-family integration has been inspired by her role as a proud mother and stepmother of seven.


Corey received her Bachelor’s degree from Vassar College in New York and her Master’s degree in education from Fitchburg State College in Massachusetts. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Walden University.
Corey has served as Executive Director for the Kaleel Jamison Foundation, which supports research to eliminate racism, sexism and heterosexism in communities.
