SARAH HALLEY


Sarah Halley has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2007 and currently serves as a consultant. Sarah has more than 13 years experience as a consultant, working primarily on team building, leadership development and cultural competencies. Her understanding of organizations and their people is derived from a wide variety of work experience in both the public and private sectors. These include her work in the fields of education, engineering design, construction, retail sales, small business management, meeting facilitation, farming and the performing arts.

Sarah is the founder and director of Playback for Change, a theater troupe that uses Playback Theatre as a vehicle for social change, and is a core faculty member of the International School of Playback Theatre in New York. She uses theatrical performance as a powerful tool to help organizations: reveal organizational dynamics, celebrate successes, strengthen and clarify vision, problem solve and practice new skills. Sarah has led hundreds of performances and workshops for a diverse range of organizations and audiences. She has most recently published a chapter on using Playback Theatre in organizational change work in “The Change Handbook: The Definitive Resource on Today’s Best Methods for Engaging Whole Systems.”

Sarah Halley holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and is also a graduate of the Multicultural Training and Research Institute (MCTRI) at Temple University.
