Richard has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1985 and currently serves as a Senior Consultant. He has vast experience in the areas of organizational development, human resource development and culture change, both as an internal and external consultant.
Some of Richard’s expertise lies in the areas of conflict management and diversity. He has partnered with unions at several companies to bring about change for all levels within the organization.
He has led human resource departments in companies such as Digital Equipment Corporation and Ben & Jerry’s Homemade, Inc. In addition, he has designed and delivered diversity awareness programs to colleges, universities, nonprofit organizations, religious organizations, police departments and financial institutions.
