MONICA BIGGS


Monica has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group
since 1997 and currently serves as a Principal Consultant. She brings more
than twenty years of experience in creating and sustaining high-performing,
inclusive teams to her work in designing and facilitating team start-ups,
working to strengthen trust, resolve confl ict, clarify roles, and leverage
diversity, coaching leaders to be more eff ective; and training internal HR
specialists in facilitation skills.

Monica’s work around building inclusion and leveraging diversity often
involves developing internal strategies to create cadres of managers
and organization development professionals who continue to build
competencies around inclusion and diversity within their organizations.

Prior to working with KJCG, Monica was an assistant professor of
management at The Sage College in Troy, New York. She has also consulted
with executive, leadership, and operational teams, and taught facilitation
skills at many large corporations as well as several small business,
educational, and not-for-profi t organizations.

Monica holds a doctorate in human resource development from George
Washington University in Washington, D.C. and a master’s degree in human
resource development from The American University/NTL Institute. She is
currently a member of the American Society for Training and Development
and the Organization Development Network.
