John has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2006 and serves as a consultant. He works with organizations and individuals to focus on creative innovation, which draws on the behaviors and mindsets that build an inclusive culture.
He has over twenty years experience and has worked with Exxon Mobil, Freddie Mac, Bausch & Lomb, Xerox, Eastman Kodak Company, and Whirlpool Corporation. In addition, he works with mid-size companies, schools, municipalities, media, and community based organizations.
John is a Rockefeller Foundation Next Generation Leadership Fellow and a certified Achieve Global/Zenger Miller trainer. He is a co-founder and past president of the Rochester Hispanic Business Association and the founding president of the Latino Advocacy Coalition, a community-based systems change organization.
