John has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2005 and presently serves as a Consultant. Specializing in organization development, he has more than twenty years experience partnering with organizations at the individual, team, and system-wide levels.
Some of John’s areas of expertise include assistance with strategic culture change efforts; climate and morale improvement efforts; teambuilding; appreciative inquiry; facilitation of off-site retreats; strategic planning; leadership development; one-on-one coaching, training and development; conflict mediation; and partnering workshops on large capital projects.
John has facilitated more than 100 team-building and strategic-planning processes involving public policy issues. John has delivered training on a variety of topics, including high-performing teams, leadership development, managing change, empowerment, communication skills, conflict management, strategic planning, and diversity issues in the workplace.
