James has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1994. His work specializes in effective communication strategies, and also encompasses client consultation, data collection (interviews and focus groups), data feedback, education, and executive coaching.
His ability to communicate and analyze the thoughts and stories that convey an accurate, comprehensive picture of the organization is invaluable as strategies for change are developed.
James began his career as a freelance writer and continues to produce and refine critical client materials for KJCG. Previously he worked at General Electric Co. and served as an adjunct instructor for ten years at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy, New York.
