Dennis has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1991 and currently serves as a Consultant. He brings more than twenty-five years of management and consulting experience to KJCG, and assists in the development of the Firm’s technology.
His passion for developing leaders within organizations fuels his work in the areas of strategic culture change, team development, and leadership.
Dennis consistently delivers on outcomes and is always willing to make adjustments to strategies to accommodate changes and challenges within the client system. He is known for his ability to connect with people in every level of an organization, and is a charismatic and flexible change partner.
Dennis has led large-scale interventions in manufacturing, finance, and insurance companies, as well as in city and county governments. He frequently presents at conferences and has written on a wide range of topics, such as the importance of inclusive and diverse cultures; the role of white men in diversity; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender issues.
