Carol has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1987 and currently serves as a Consultant. Her passion for understanding the impact of oppression on individuals and organizations has influenced her to focus on long-term organizational change, strategic visioning, and developing the self-empowerment of women and people of color.
Carol works with organizations, groups, and individuals to develop, implement, and manage strategies that foster the optimum development of all individuals within organizations. She is able to use her skills in strategic planning, team building, and planning for change to help people challenge existing systems in order to eliminate oppressive policies and practices.
Prior to working with KJCG, Carol worked at the NTL Institute as Associate Executive Director, and with clients such as Exxon Chemical Company, FleetBoston Financial, CIGNA, and General Electric Co.
