Ava has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 1982 and is currently serving as a Consultant. Ava specializes in the areas of strategic change, organization redesign, organization development, executive coaching, and leadership team development.
Besides her work in the United States, Ava has worked with clients in Europe and Asia.
She was previously with Index Systems, Inc. and Connecticut General Life Insurance Corporation (now CIGNA).
In addition she was an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut School of Business and at the University of Hartford School of Business.
