Steve Gens

Steve Gens has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2009 and currently serves as a Consultant. His 23 years of experience includes work within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries.

Steve has focused on strategy formulation and implementation, and organization development and performance. He has focused on transitional and transformation change, inclusion, and cultural competence.

A significant amount of his work involves organizational and business strategy for the healthcare field. This is driven by mergers and acquisitions, changing healthcare landscape/policy, or significant internal change. He has consulted for many of the largest global biopharmaceutical companies including Abbott Labs, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Merck, Galderma, UCB and MedImmune and has supported several US health agencies.

Steve is certified in Organizational Change Management by NTL Institute and has recently completed a Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development at American University in Washington
