SCOTT E. DAVIS


Scott has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc.
since 1997 and currently serves as a Consultant. He brings over 15
years of experience in providing organizational consulting to Fortune 500
companies in the areas of management and supervisory skills, diversity
and inclusion, conflict management, managing change, team building,
executive coaching, leadership styles, and 360-degree feedback.

He brings energy and insight to his work in helping people understand the
dynamics of conflict and the role it plays as a catalyst and opportunity for
change. A strong advocate for the real power of inclusion, Scott partners
in developing processes in organizations that help create opportunities
for everyone in the organization to become a stakeholder in leveraging
diversity and building inclusion.

Scott received his master’s degree from the UCLA School of Management
and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont. He is the author
of the employment guide, How to Get the Job You Want, and Career Power,
a job search booklet and audio cassette for college students. His work
has been featured in The New York Times, National Employment Business
Weekly
, Job Search Bulletin, Hartford Courant, Bottom Line, Success, and
Science magazine. Scott is a certified professional specialist in organization
development, a certified member of the Outplacement Institute, a licensed
counselor of the LIFO Management Program, and a member of the
Organization Development Network.
