Margaret has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc.
since 1990 and currently serves as a Consultant. Her focus is on strategic
planning and implementation, change management, conflict resolution,
organizational development, and team building.
Through Margaret’s experience with a variety of industries and
organizations, including corporate, healthcare, and government
organizations, she has developed an understanding of the unique resources,
challenges, and needs of each industry. She easily recognizes the various
ways in which external and internal factors affect the success of a change
strategy. Margaret then translates this knowledge to identifying the ways in
which every individual in an organization can work to ensure the success of
a change strategy.
Prior to working with KJCG, Margaret was employed with AT&T and
Bell Atlantic as an Organizational Consultant and Manager in Training,
Operations, and Methods. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies,
the healthcare industry, nonprofit agencies, municipalities, and the
Departments of Education and Corrections in the Commonwealth
of Virginia. In addition to her consulting work, Margaret volunteers
considerable time to youth programs, women’s advocacy, and children at
risk. She serves on the board of The National Conference for Community
and Justice.
