Lata Chawla
Lata Chawla has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2008 and currently serves as a Consultant. She has more than 16 years of experience as a human resources and organizational development consultant.
Lata worked for ESPN, Inc. for 11 years, including time spent working on initiatives for growing ESPN’s organizational and leadership capacity and effectiveness. In her role, she helped design and implement growth initiatives for business groups such as ESPN Magazine, ESPN News, ESPN2, ESPN Classic, ESPN Internet, ESPN 360, ESPN Mobil, and operational groups such as Programming, Production, Technical Operations, Engineering, IT, Sales and Administration. She was also on the HR team responsible for cultural assessments, interventions, transition programs and organizational alignment involving companies acquired by ESPN, such as SportsTicker, Classic Sports, OCC Sports and BASS.
Her primary responsibilities focused on the people side of complex change initiatives and included the development and implementation of organizational learning strategies. An example of one of her large-scale change projects includes enterprise-wide implementations for SAP, Disney Development Connection (e-learning platform solution) and the design, development and centralization of centers of excellence.
Lata successfully piloted and launched corporate-wide initiatives for diversity, employee surveys, 360 feedback, management trainings and on-boarding programs at the executive and employee levels.
