James P. Gray has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting
Group, Inc. since 1992 and currently serves as a Consultant.
Since 1974, he has worked with organizations and groups from the public,
private and not-for-profi t sectors in the areas of organization development,
change management, strategic planning and workforce diversity. As a
consultant, he specializes in creating enduring and inclusive work cultures
by helping organizational leaders understand, value and leverage the skills
and talents of their people.
After earning his bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit and
master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Jim worked
for the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) as manager of human
resource and organization development.
Jim’s success as an educator, trainer and consultant has been augmented by
his ability to deliver programs and strategies to individuals at every level of
the organization. He is especially profi cient in customizing information in
a way that takes into consideration the specifi c resources, challenges and
perspectives of each person in the organization.
Prior to working with KJCG, Jim taught courses in organization behavior,
management and human resource management/personnel at Cardinal
Stritch College and taught interpersonal skills and small group behavior at
the University of Wisconsin.
He has also served as a volunteer to a variety of organizations, including the
American Red Cross, the Urban League of Greater Madison, Big Brothers and
Big Sisters of Dane County, the Fair Housing Council of Dane County and the
United Way of Dane County (Wisconsin).
