Charles A. Pfeffer has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting
Group, Inc. since 2005 and is presently serving as a consultant. Charles has
fifteen years of experience as a coach to top executives with a focus on
leadership and strategy. He has led change efforts at major corporations
including Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Dupont, ExxonMobil, Frontier, Lockheed
Martin, USA Datanet and others.
Charles spent ten years as a Senior Consultant with Vitalwork. He began his
career as a Securities Analyst for Chase, specializing in the telecommunications
industry during the period of deregulation surrounding the break-up of AT&T.
He later co-founded a business valuation unit within the bank, which offered
financial consulting services to privately held companies and venture capital
funds.
In addition to consulting, Charles has been a visiting lecturer on organizational
issues at Syracuse and Cornell Universities and has been a frequent speaker at
conferences and industry group events.
Charles has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of
Rochester.
