Russ has been associated with The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. since 2007 and currently serves as a Consultant. He works with organizations to increase inclusion and engagement and is experienced at pulling together diverse perspectives and ideas, transforming conflict and differences into collaboration and innovation.
Russ has consulted with both non-profit organizations and public companies in the United States and Canada and has particular expertise in stakeholder engagements and collaborative decision making.
Russ has served as director of the Green Business Network, an association of 4,000 values-driven businesses, and the Social Investment Forum, a national trade association of financial institutions engaged in socially responsible investing. His broad managerial experience covers a wide range of organizational functions, including strategic and operational planning, communications, human resources and technology.
He holds a master’s degree in Organization Development from American University and the NTL Institute and is a member of the Society for Organizational Learning and the Organization Development Network.
