- Strategy Development and Implementation. The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (KJCG) examines the unique aspects of an organization and partners with senior leaders and others to customize, communicate, and implement a strategy that is both effective and sustainable.
- Organization Assessment and Feedback. KJCG combines Giving Voice Sessions (our adapted brand of focus groups), individual interviews, and custom assessment tools to gather and analyze data. KJCG engages senior leaders and other members of the organization in a "new conversation" about the assessment results and uses that dialogue as a springboard for creating a comprehensive culture change strategy.
- Education Design and Delivery. KJCG customizes education components that engage the people of the organization in a change process by clarifying roles and accountabilities and building the skills, competencies, and behaviors necessary to support higher operational performance. Education strategies can include cross-organizational efforts as well as focused experiences for senior leaders, managers, and human resources managers. We also offer customizable blended E-Learning modules that can be integrated into face-to-face education strategies, or function as stand-alone opportunities to provide a baseline understanding of high performance skills and behaviors.
- Executive Coaching. KJCG provides one-on-one coaching to ensure an organization's leaders are well positioned to fulfill their roles in modeling a Leadership and Inclusion Mindset to lead in a way that states expectations, raises the bar, and has people feeling included.
- Building Internal Capacity. We ensure sustainability of our work by training internal resources to lead educational events, coach and train managers, partner with leaders to implement and support culture change, and be the pioneers of the new behaviors and actions.
