Ted Freeman

Ted Freeman, Psy.D., has extensive experience as an organization development consultant and human resources executive. He served as Culture Officer at EILEEN FISHER, INC., where he engaged and empowered a community of employee owners to engender a thriving organizational culture. Ted led all people and culture departments (benefits and compensation, talent acquisition, employee relations, organization development, learning and development, and internal communications) as well as the Information Technology department. As a member of the EILEEN FISHER, INC> executive team, Ted led development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for transforming the business model, supply chain operations, technology and culture.

Ted couples his executive experience with a decade of consulting experience in the areas of leadership development, organizational change, and executive coaching.

Ted has taught leadership, organization development, and consulting at Rutgers University, University of Pennsylvania, and George Mason University. He also has held a senior staff position at the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program. He received his doctorate in organizational psychology from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Haverford College.
