We have developed a self-paced, online education program entitled Making Our Differences Work: Unleashing the Power of Inclusion. This program presents a core curriculum of foundational information through tutorial-based instruction with electronic performance support.
Presented in six individual modules, it consists of approximately 2.5 total hours of interactive and engaging instruction on key concepts and principles associated with our core models used to teach inclusive competencies and practices.
This program can be used as an introduction, to be completed prior to attending in-person, facilitated education. We have found that this process greatly enhances participants’ experience and learning as they arrive for each session with a basic familiarity with the material, and questions about real-world application that can be addressed during the workshop.
