KJCG Forms Strategic Partnership with ProtonMedia
The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. (KJCG) announced a strategic partnership with ProtonMedia, a technology company that specializes in innovative solutions through 3-D custom courseware development, simulation-based training, instructional design and consulting services.
The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. works to foster higher operational performance by creating organizational cultures worthy of the commitment, energy, talent and imagination of their people. This strategic partnership with ProtonMedia will strengthen KJCG’s existing mission to create organizational communities of effort where people can do their best work.
“As we begin the 21st Century we are entering a time when organizations are recognizing the operational benefits and higher organizational success enabled by mass collaboration and the global co-creation of knowledge,” explains KJCG President Corey L. Jamison. “The advent and mainstreaming of 3-D virtual world technology, especially ProtonMedia’s Protosphere platform, will provide an opportunity for organizations to think differently about how they connect with their people—and how people connect to each other.”
ProtonMedia’s Protosphere platform is a business-appropriate, live virtual world that enables rapid knowledge sharing, provides for simulations that allow users to practice skills in a safe environment, and supports connectivity among users to form mentor relationships and communities of practice.
“Speed of knowledge transfer is the only competitive advantage in the innovation age,” says Ron Burns, president of ProtonMedia. “In today’s fast-changing marketplace, companies are racing for global leadership and battling to secure strong positions in the industries and markets of the future. In an effort to break down these barriers, it is imperative that companies use an organizational approach to maximize their strengths and capabilities.”
