Thought leaders Judith H. Katz and Frederick A. Miller will present this two-day session, based on their latest book, at the second annual Festival of Learning, sponsored by the NTL Institute. During the session, business, non-profit, and other leaders will learn how to leverage the landmark 12 Inclusive Behaviors to engage more fully in their work, expand their ability to make a difference, elevate the level of their interaction with others, and transform their organizations. Participants will work together to explore the barriers that keep them small, the ways they impact the development of individuals and teams, and opportunities for Being BIG to foster the achievement of life dreams and goals.

In celebration of its 50th year, the renowned Esalen Institute will feature KJCG thought leaders Judith H. Katz and Frederick A. Miller in a presentation based on their 2008 book Be BIG: Step Up, Step Out, Be Bold. During two energy-packed days of group dialogue, small group collaboration, and individual work, current and emerging leaders will discover how to show up more fully as individuals, enhance their abilities to partner more effectively, help others to Be BIG, and adopt personal styles that build trust and enable everyone around them to do their best work. In the process, participants will learn what it means to Be BIG together- building powerful partnerships in which people combine their thinking, skills, and energy to co-create greater things than they could imagine by themselves.
