Webinar 1: Building Successful Interactions: Why inclusion and diversity skills are critical to growth

  • The Kaleel Jamison Consulting Group, Inc. 5 3rd St Troy, NY, 12180 United States (map)

Being your Best Self  Webinar Series

The first webinar in our three-part series will focus on how our mindsets and behaviors related to inclusion and diversity affect the interactions we have with others and can make or break relationships and teams. During this webinar, we will:

  • Build common language about inclusion, diversity and equity and their role in how we interact and partner with others.

  • Discuss the differences that make a difference in our personal and professional lives and how they impact us and our partnerships.

  • Share competencies for interaction that improve collaboration, effectiveness and individual, team and organizational performance.

This webinar will be facilitated by Fred Miller and Judith Katz, two trailblazers in the field of inclusion, diversity, and personal and professional development. They are authors of several books, including Be Big (2008), which explores how we bring our full selves to our lives and work, and Safe Enough to Soar (2018), which introduces the concept of interaction safety.

We hope you will join us for this free October webinar and the others later this winter:
